At present we have over 30 Adult Martial Arts Classes in Coventry running each week from the hard vigorous training of MMA Classes, the explosive fighting arts of Thai boxing (Muay Thai) Kickboxing to the more esoteric martial arts of Brazilian Jui Jitsu(BJJ) or just want a great workout class. So whether you are 18 or 80 there is a class that would be suitable and enjoyable for you both men and ladies alike.

MMA and BJJ CLASSES IN COVENTRY

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA taught by Coventry's only Black Belt From Brazil
Our coach is Leo Caldas who has trained in the art for over 20 years. Leo has worked with such famous fighters as UFC favourite Dan "the Outlaw" Hardy and Judo Jimmy Walhead. Leo himself has a fantastic fight record both in K1, BJJ and Cage disciplines.
These Classes caters for all ages, fitness levels, build, gender and natural ability. We will help you learn at your pace, whether you are a natural or require extra time and attention.
Training is conducted in a safe fun, friendly environment incorporating etiquette, with a code of conduct and respect for others.
Get the chance to train with BJJ Legend Royce Gracie, winner of the first four UFCs, a regular visitor to our centre
. We have also hosted UFC stars such as Chuck "the Iceman" Liddell, Alistair Overeem, Ian "the Machine" Freeman and Remy Bonjasky.

MUAY THAI & KICKBOXING CLASSES

What Muay Thai / kickboxing does for you
Develops anaerobic and aerobic fitness — in other words, power and staying power. Kickboxing also improves your coordination, agility, and balance. Most classes build muscle strength, too.
The exhaustion factor is very high. Kickboxers are reputed to be among the best conditioned athletes. After one of these classes, you’ll know why. Our classes are geared toward both advanced exercisers and beginners alike.
Who does kickboxing? Anyone looking for a killer workout with plenty of variety or anyone who hates his boss and wants a fantastic stressbuster. Definitely suitable for both men and women.
