Childrens BJJ Classes in Coventry
This unique program gives kids an introduction to the exciting world of Brazilian Ju Jitsu as well as leading them along the path of fun, fitness and discipline. The class grows with them as they move on to more intermediate and advanced techniques of MMA in a non-aggressive and non-intimidating environment. They will be taught how to defend themselves against the most common attack scenarios: grabs, holds, and strikes. This class is designed to instill in our young students the values of self-confidence, physical fitness, discipline, respect and mental focus.

KICKBOXING KIDS
Childrens Kickboxing Classes in Coventry
A typical class consists of warm-ups, stretching, shadow boxing, techniques, mitt work, bag work, fitness drills and sparring. We also teach self-defense techniques to make our students well-rounded.
Furthermore, we teach valuable life-skills in our kids' programs, such as conflict resolution, bully busting and anti-abduction. We encourage kids to behave honorably and do well in school by awarding half grades in class free of charge to ensure they take a black belt attitude out to every aspect of their lives.
Safety is important. Students are required to wear protective gear when sparring. Sparring is limited for beginners and only light contact is permitted.
