Mauy Thai/ Kickboxing are a group of martial arts and stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai, French Savate and Western boxing. Our programme is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, a contact sport or a fabulous stand up game for MMA practitioners.
Develops anaerobic and aerobic fitness — in other words, power and staying power. MauyThai Kickboxing also improves your coordination, agility, and balance. Most classes build muscle strength, too.
